Here’s a step-by-step guide to our process:

Your DX account manager will help you identify which items you can send through the DX network, so you have the minimum effort in preparing your daily despatch.

1. Prepare your parcels for despatch and affix your DX labels
2. Our couriers will collect direct from your business premises at a mutually agreed time, minimising interruption to your business 
3. Your items are delivered the next working day
