To manage the pipeline of work (the demand) into IT, working with stakeholders to identify, quantify and prioritise the work
To line manage all project management and analysis resource within the IT department
To be an active member of the IT Leadership team, providing guidance and input to the strategy and direction of the department
In conjunction with the PMO to enhance and develop the project management & delivery processes within DX Group
This role provides an interface between the business and the IT team and is responsible for producing a complete set of unambiguous requirements for the Operational systems and then taking those requirements and producing the solution architecture and design for the operations application landscape.
Note that this is a delivery focused role and the incumbent will be responsible for all the IT delivery aspects of the Operations applications
